Our Mindfulness for KIds Series Includes:

Mindfulness for Teens  (13-18 years)

Mindfulness for Pre Teens (9-13 years)

Mindful Kiddy Winks (5-8 years)

Many children faced with stressful situations do not have the tools to manage their own emotions effectively, causing them stress, frustration and pain which can have negative effects on their health and self-esteem.

Being Mindful Matters ‘Mindfulness Series for Kids’ introduces children to Mindfulness teachings in a practical way, tailored to their age group, to provide them with invaluable like skills that support them to:
